Digital art is instantly available for download after completing your purchase. You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Physical prints are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via standard mail. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 5–10 business days within the US.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

⚖️ Can I use your illustrations commercially?

Our digital art comes with a commercial license — however, it is NEVER permitted to be resold as art. Redistribution or resale of our digital files in any form is strictly prohibited.

📋 Store Policies

🚫 No Chargebacks

Chargebacks are strictly not allowed. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly at espressoillustrations@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it. 💛

🚫 No Order Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations once a purchase has been made. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.

📸 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must email us at espressoillustrations@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your email must include photos of the damage — without photographic evidence we are unable to process a replacement. If these conditions are met, we will initiate a replacement to be sent to you. 💌

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, the buyer will be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier who shipped the product.

⚡ Digital Downloads Policy

Digital art is instantly available for download immediately after completing your purchase. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Our digital art comes with a commercial license. However, it is strictly prohibited to resell our digital art as your own artwork in any form. 🎨

🖼️ Custom Order Policy

Custom orders require a deposit before work begins. Please note the following:

• 📅 The date booked on our calendar may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete your custom design.
• 💰 Additional charges may apply for changes made to your custom design after work has begun, unless it is something small that can be quickly done.
• 🚫 Refunds and cancellations for custom work are strictly prohibited. All custom order sales are final once a deposit has been made.
• ✅ Once a custom illustration is approved and delivered, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
• 🔄 Revisions are included as outlined in your custom order agreement.
• 👀 We provide sneak peeks along the way so you can follow the progress of your custom piece!
